Files after uninstalling Bias Pedal Modulation

I installed Bias Pedal Modulation first on my external drive and it didn't work. Then I installed it again to the default address and it worked ok.
Then I unsinstalled it from the external drive according to https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/206012166-How-to-Uninstall-BIAS-Pedal-
But two files remained on the external drive which I don't know if they are necessary, can I delete those?
