Purchase Bias FX adds on iPhone doesn't sync for iPad

Hello: as in topic

I was bought an ALL-IN Bundle on my iPhone but on iPad it's still unavailable.

It's a kind of bug or normall? I don't want to pay twice for thoose and if this is normall then i prefer to use Bias FX on my iPad.
