I just upgraded my 2017 MacBook Pro 15" to Mojave. After doing so, Bias FX Pro–standalone app and Logic Pro X plugin–will not work at all. Attempting to open either results in the loading icon and eventually a timeout. I've restarted and reinstalled both the Bias standalone and plugin several times, and the problem still persists.

This is extremely disappointing, as Mojave has been around long enough, both to the public and for developers, for plenty long enough for Positive Grid to have fixed it. I filed a support ticket but no response yet. Anyone else experiencing this?

      Boooooooooooooo.

@josh-riggs Amongst all the things I've learned in the last 20 years of using computers to make music is, don't update anything until you know all the software in use is compatible...

Use your back ups to downgrade your OS until the dust settles!

Along with duplicate backup drives and images of main drives (no longer natively available through disk image after HS and the new partition scheme) I even go so far as to skip every other OS from crapple just in case - upgrading is usually never needed when all is working well and crapple never adds anything important to the audio field making it necessary - only reason I upgraded this time is there are things with iOS compatibility also because this appears to be the last OS that will support the 2012 mac's which are the only ones worth a darn for me (2011 Mac's are not officially supported and considered "vintage" by the kings of "planned obsolescence") I won't ever have to upgrade again and I'm too old for their games

Want more eye openers to the horrible way crapple treats their customers search YouTube for Louis Rossmann who I have nothing but total respect for - cheers and great post Michael !!!

HAHA watch this one in fact and think again about updating your OS too hastily and then complaining like it is a 3rd party (like PG) that is to blame when really you just made a mistake

Unity gain “detentes”, fine tuning, parameter value at a glance, direct entry, and some sort of specific per preset output level control would be amazing
