Hi, I seem to be having trouble deleting the original amps after downloading the version 2 ones without crashing the software. The in app delete seems really buggy and either doesnt delete it or switches the app off. I found I can delete them from the file folder but then the app freezes on startup, and if I restore them , it starts up ok again. Is there an easier way to delete them or best just to leave both versions? thanks for any suggestions in advance.

I know you want an in-house solution and you'll figure it out but If you are on a Mac you can also use Ampl4 to manage your gear - allows all kinds of control over the collections including renaming and personal graphics etc just a thought

I would not delete the factory stock amps. The tone match for example needs them as a starting point to function correctly. You could run the risk of making your installation unstable if you mess with them. There are only a few per category and they're easy to ignore, IMHO. I like having them for reference even when they are not my cup of tea, TBH.

@elric yes,it seems to make it very unstable. Ok then, I'll just have to live with them instead. Thanks for the help!

Because of the new V2 tweaks up to the HighGain section I deleted all V1 which have been updated today. If it's true what you are saying I totally don't understand why it's allowed to delete these Amps, especially without a warning :/
