Using iPad internal speaker
-
Hi,
I'm really having fun with Bias fx and Bias amp when practicing and also for live gigs.
I have a question for better environment.
Is there any way to use the iPad internal speaker instead of plugging headphone or external speaker to the output of mobile audio interface like iRig?
I want to simplify the equipments when practicing in my bedroom with just iPad, iRig, cable and the Guitar. -
Well it works, but the speaker is not powerful enough for anything really. You won't get to really hear what your playing except maybe some higher frequencies

@alderre How does it work? When I plug iRig or any mobile audio interface to iPad, every sound(not only the Bias but every app) in iPad is coming out through the audio interface output port. How can I change this?

Click on the settings icon, then select speaks instead of headphone

@alderre I tried that before and I tried it again but it doesn't change anything.
And I think that option is not for enabling the internal speaker but selecting the type of output you are using. In the FAQ of Bias fx, it says
"3. If you are using external speakers, please select speaker mode in the Setting -> Output Selector -> Speaker."https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002726886-FAQ-BIAS-Amp-Mobile
