Purchased JamUp All Access...nothing new was unlocked....HELP!

I've e-mailed Positive Grid and Apple, but I'm not getting any support for either. I've re-installed the app, I've attempted re-purchasing the all access pack, but it tells me I already purchased it. Hitting "restore" doesn't do anything.
Anyone else running into this? I'm probably going to contest the charges on the credit card because nobody is helping me.

if you emailed the support thru the weekend I think you should wait monday at least to get any answer

@art-garceau Have you tried performing a clean install before?(delete and install it again)
