Support Ticket

I received an email my support issue had been received and have updated information. Can;t find anyway to access my original support request and update it. A hyperlink in the email would be helpful as well as a master web page of open support issues that can be browsed.

With any Support request I have had with PG, with the Emails I get (in the list of Emails not in the Email) there is a 'View Ticket' button to the right, following that link you can add a message to the ticket, or you can just reply to the Email you receive.
