Is it normal for the download time to be like 2 hours? I hard wired my connection for more speed but it's still super slow. First download failed after waiting.

Where you are, your ISP, your browser, VPN.......can affect function. I had an issue a week or so ago. I closed my browser and restarted my modem. Fixed. For example......
