Help, can't use celestion IR's anymore...
is there any reason why, Bias Amp 2 asks me to buy celestions pack IR, even if I already owned them?
I didn't use bias amp 2 for a couple of week, and today, I'm not able to use them anymore (I have elite license)

May have nothing to do with it, but in the options menu, what does it say when you click on 'App Information' under License Tier ? I can't recall the exact details, but way back I had a small problem with BIAS Fx Pro or BIAS Amp Pro (can't recall which one it happened to) where it wouldn't allow me to access all the 'Pro' version stuff, and it didn't say 'Professional' under 'License Tier', all I done was log into the Tonecloud and it all was fine and it showed 'Professional' under 'License Tier', only ever happened the once.
I'm already logged in..

Yeah, I haven't been using Bias Amp 1, but I had to un-install it, and re-doing it now says Standard. Hmm.... Everything else is upper crust.

Even if it says you are logged in; log out and log back in. Quit the app or host. Restart
I did it ..and that didn't solve it
here's some pics from the standalone version. As you can see despite I own Elite License I can see one Celesion Pack IR's only.
In Cubase, I can see the second folder pack, but once I try to use it pops up a web window and asks me to buy it...

Looks like you should update your Bias Amp. This is what I see on the download page:

Release Date: 2018-05-18
Should I update it manually? I can't see an update button here..

Just download the installer from your account at the PG site, log in, click your name/icon and click 'Download Page' and run it over top of your existing install, that's all I ever do. It should notify you from within the program itself that there is an update, top right hand corner, the 'Gear' icon where you can click and it should open up your default browser for you to download.
Or just go to https://www.positivegrid.com/download
I finally had time to update and that solved my issue.

It usually tells when there's an update. Strange it didn't happen.
