All you need is a audio interface. I tend to recommend the ones from Focusrite - I have the Focusrite Scarlett Solo.

In this video, he's setting up Amplitube instead of BIAS AMP 2 or BIAS FX, but the software part should be similar, and in fact, he has other videos where he is using BIAS FX.
There are a lot of resources here (and I'm adding to it daily) about the subject, especially for live use

Regarding that video above, focusrite claims that the second generation devices, in addition to having much lower latency, can handle hotter pickups than the 1st gen ones
