Just curious here. What power supply did your pedals come with?

@thadengle Each BIAS Pedal come with a 9VDC/270mA/negative tip/2.1mm ac adapter.

i have to wonder. what's up with the weird sized barrel jack on the pedal itself? I'm constantly worried that I'm going to break it one day because of that big honking adapter sticking out of the back. This has baffled me from day one.

@ash-wolford : the asian electronics market has tons of designs and parts designs, sometimes culminating in strange combinations, probably out of cost versus availability.

@tannhauser it would have been cheaper to not send anything. This isn’t even the right voltage. It’s essentially a phone charger.

@tannhauser i mean, i'm just saying, the vast majority of pedal manufacturers are all pretty consistent when it comes to the standard (and widely-available) boss-style barrel plug. I find it incredibly bizarre that PG found it acceptable to release a product to market that not only has the wrong plug, but also comes bundled with an adapter that you have to use to connect a standard pedal power supply (which is also bundled), which compromises the structural integrity of the whole thing given that the slightest whack would probably snap the plug right off. It gives the impression that the company basically said "oops, looks like we had the wrong part number on the BOM, oh well, here's an adapter lol. thanks for your $350!"

@ash-wolford can you send a picture of this adapter? They were nice enough to send me a power supply that for some reason didn’t come with my pedal and it does fit. I need this adapter too I guess. How could they not know I would need this adapter too?

if i can remember, i'll snap a picture of it next time i'm at my practice space. I was actually kinda cursing it this past week because i wanted to fit my hog2 on my pedal board but that stupid adapter sticking two inches out the back of the BIAS pedal was in the way. :angry:

@ash-wolford thanks for the picture. That totally sucks that you need that and sucks even more that they didn’t send one with the power supply. I love this company but I’m feeling a little let down right now.
