@criss-grimm having the same problem on Windows 10 standalone. Notified positive grid and they suggested to uninstall, re download and then reinstall. That didn't work.

This is the craziest thing I've ever seen with a plugin. PG should win an award for this Bug...just saying lol

Nothing works to fix the issue I've found. Re-install, update, nothing. Hope this is a priority for PG.

I bet it's simply a protocol issue that got squirked: 'open with....'

I had a similar issue with the latest version, I didn't get a browser, but a white out, it would appear to load normally (except much quicker than it ever has) and then after about 10 seconds the UI would just white out. I uninstalled and went back to the previous version.

After more reinstalls than I care to admit and multiple daily back and forth's with PG,.....it is worse. Every build I install has it now. And no,...it's not my system. Fresh new system and out of all the music software-apps I use, FX is the only one messed up.

@criss-grimm I remember FX (or AMP?) showing a "open in a new tab" message, when I accidentely hit the trackpad of my laptop the wrong way and performe a right-click. Please try to reset your defaults-settings for browser to EDGE and give it another try. Might be worth a try :/

Anyone find a fix for this issue? I have a similar issue and am stuck on version 1.6.1.3174 because of it, tried all the updates since that version including the latest 1.6.4.3553 but no joy. Have talked with support and run the support tool etc as asked, but haven't heard anything further for over a week. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling more times than I would have liked to, and of course with all 3 updates since .3174 release uninstall/reinstall is required when they fail. Tried disabling vid card and using the CPU graphics, same thing happens so disabled that and re enabled my nVidia card.
Might be time to move on, certainly wouldn't be purchasing any BFX2 if there was one as it stands.

[edit] BIAS Amp Pro, BIAS Amp2 Pro and BIAS Pedal Pro all work fine, it's just BIAS Fx Pro after v1.6.1.3174, anything after that will display a whited out GUI after initially displaying the GUI correctly for a short time
