Bias Head/Rack and mixer connection

Hi! this is the first post I write even if I follow you a lot and I find this is a great community. I wanted to share with you a request. In my opinion there is no detailed information regarding the live use of Bias Head. for example ... adjusting the output level from the head, using XLR outputs or jacks etc ... I noticed that among the engineers today there is not much familiarity with this type of gear. Personally, when I use the xlr outputs I adjust the mixer gain to the minimum (-12db) and I set the cab level of the head to -18 db. Some mixers, despite these settings, tend to return a are too bright and not very dynamic. Recently I used the jack outputs by increasing the mixer gain (-4db approx.). What are your experiences in this regard. Greetings to all ..... waiting for the upgrade :)
@giuseppe-di-blasi We will update some diagrams about how to connect your BIAS Head/Rack to an external devices such as mixer or FRFR monitors, please stay tuned! :cowboy:
