Bias Amp 2 crashes on start.
-
Hi, my bias amp 2 stopped starting and always crashes when I'm trying to restart it.
Shows message
"Something went wrong while execution.
Required information are sent to Positive Grid support.
Press OK to close"
And that's it, I cannot start it.
I did no changes it just stopped working.
Before I used it with iRig hd2 (asio 4all) and maudio fasttrack usb and everything worked perfectly.Tried restarting, disconnecting devices, updating bias amp 2, all drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling etc. nothing helped.
How can I make it work?
PS. I'm using Win 10 and bias amp 1, fx and pedals run OK -
Sounds like a license issue. Remove the license file from C:\Users<username>\Documents\PositiveGrid\BIAS_Amp2 and see if it pops up in demo version.

what processor is in your PC? Bias AMP 2 seems to be heavily dependent on single thread speeds. You could have an 18 core system, but BIAS amp will peg your first 2 cores and overload your VST engine :(

@mike Thanks Mike.
Sent one in yesterday. Still waiting on a response other than " sorry it's taken longer than 24 hours" :)
Gave very clear info on it in the ticket.
request # 69403 if you want to have a go at it.
