      Looking for info on adjustments that alter the “feel” of the strings. Some settings change the way playing feels as far as seeming to need to “play harder”. Any input on what specific settings alter this?

        @jay-schires Have you tried to add a compressor pedal before the signal goes to preamp section(overdrive/distortion)?

          Yes.. how hard a note's attack 'pops' apart from your technique is due to compression and gain at the input stage. In FX you can use compression pedals, boost pedals, and the input level or even a volume pedal and the amp's gain to all effect it different ways. In amp you can mod a bunch of stuff in the preamp that will affect the feel.
