Why is it in today's world you buy an expensive piece of gear, and if there is a problem, the support is the shits?
The bias amp software will not vaildate..so here I am a bass player and have to use guitar presets on the hardware..when there are 23 (I think) factory bass amps etc on the cloud..of which I cannot access of course and the software will not work with the rack....
