I remember on my old Korg Pandora PX3 that when you played a song from an external source connected to the AUX jack, it could be center-cancelled to remove/reduce the sound of the guitar or vocal that was panned to the center. This might be a useful option to add when playing along with songs on a Spark amp (if not already possible within the app or Tonecloud?).

It’s true. I seem to remember that, shortly after I purchased my Spark 40 you could access Chat and Help Tickets directly from the PG Forum Page. Then the links went dead. I think PG Engineering/Support has limited staff and quickly became overwhelmed. Chat disappeared and tickets required a registered Spark App account.
I have seen many qualities of the fonts for the 3D animations and graphic designs but most of them don't fulfill the requirements. So it is better to find out the https://masterbundles.com/fonts/serif/handwriting/ fonts that are available in the best quality and according to the exact platform.
Great software, terrible management in this company. Fire the managers (they studied one year at the xxx university), hold the programmers (they know what they do). Hire new managers that know what they do.
@mredinius been this way since day one, unfortunately.
Doesn't seem to be a priority. Also, long signal paths in patches crash the back up procedure. Also, you can't know what storage location / service your logged into without logging out and logging in again.
Be able to choose a different tuning, the most common, like Nashville, Open D, DADGAD, etc... That could be an effect pedal/module or could be done via the Guitar Match feature.

You might want to write a quick review on trustpilot.com. Positive Grid seems to be closely monitoring ratings and quickly responding (damage control???). Received an email requesting a review on my ‘recent purchase’. It was not positive, but sincere. PG responded in less than 24 hours. At least they’re monitoring it, unlike the current Forum entries.
