Shipment sent to wrong address, no resolution from PG for 5 days

I received a notice on Friday to say that my Riff and Control had been dispatched to an address I didn't provide. Contacted PG on the day to advise and resolve. It's now Wednesday and I've received no update since Friday, except from the freight company to say that it can't be redirected.
Sent 2 more messages/tickets via the so-called support page today and yet to receive a response. Terrible, terrible support from a company that already has my money but won't give me my products or even tell me when and how this is going to happen.
