Help : Bias FX top menu bar disappeared...
-
Ok, I have no idea what happened, but the top menu bar just disappeared. Check out the screenshot below. Notice there's a gap at the very bottom... Feels like the whole interface was moved up somehow...
I've tried to shut down and re-run, rebooted my laptop...
Tried to uninstall and re-install the whole thing...
Nothing does it... I can't get it back.Am I missing something ?
I did update recently, but I've used the new version a few times without any issues before the menu disappeared.
Running the latest Bias FX2, on a Apple M1 laptop. MacOS Monterey 12.1.
Thanks for your help,

did you get any proper solution?, I am also facing the same issue.
Not yet. You have a similar system ? MacOS, M1 chip, Monterey ?

Same with Windows 10

Oh....
While I'm sorry to say you guys are having the same issue, I'm kinda glad not to be alone in this situation... Feels like something might be wrong with the latest update... Let's hope for a fix soon.
Anyone from Positive Grid reading this ?

Got an answer from Positive Grid's support. Was able to test their solution, and it did work...
Lost all my previous settings (MIDI Assignments, presets in user banks and such), but at least Bias FX is back to normal and I can use it again.
Here's a copy of the mail I received.
