No sound through speakers

Hi, did anyone ever fix this? It’s happened to me too.
My Spark amp speaker isn’t working. Everything else is, I’m not hear sound with headphones connected to the amp. Just no sound from the speaker.
I’ve done a firmware update and a factory reset. Any ideas?
Does anyone know how to get to chat with support? -

You may have a subtle typo there, just to check. You say you are not getting sound from the headphones, but I would guess you meant you were able to use headphones?
Have you tried putting the plug from the headphones in and out a few times? There is a switch on the headphone socket that switches the speaker off when there is a plug in the socket. If it still thinks there is a plug in that socket when there isn't, it will keep the speakers switched off.

I don’t believe PG has an on-line Technical Support Chat option. You need to open a “Ticket” in order to open an email conversation. It can sometimes take a while to get even an initial response. Consequently Forum Members do their best to help.Let us know if @broadkarnage interpreted your problem correctly, and if his ‘quick fix’ worked.
If not, a bit more info on your set-up might help. For example, are you simply plugging a guitar into the input, and hear nothing coming out of the speaker, or are you also connected to a PC or MacBook for recording, etc.
