Separate/isolate channels of a stereo input

Is it possible to truly split a stereo input? Bias FX 2 desktop still doesn't have this feature; it just melds both inputs together and it does NOT split the signal; rather it duplicates it into 2 chains of processing that meet at the end in the Mixer.
I would love to have such a feature. I could then route my mic input and my guitar input through different channels for different processing, and have them both routed back as an output (through a virtual ASIO adapter) to use as an input in discord/zoom and be able to both talk and play my guitar :D
For reference I have a 2i2 so the left input is my mic and right is instrument. My end goal is to have one instance of Bias FX (1 or 2, I have both) be able to take both inputs, and apply some noise gate and light compression to my mic, distortion & others to my instrument, and have both meet at the end of the chain output
Ideally if Bias could output everything to a virtual asio input it creates itself it would be LEGENDARY! Modern voice conference solutions (discord, zoom) have decent noise canceling, but I'd have more confidence and control if I use and setup my own through pedals and effects :D

It would be great !
It would also make it possible to record 2 guitar performances (hard panned Left / Right), and use only one VST plugin to process those on 2 different paths.I constantly do that with Torpedo Wall of Sound and it's great : easier to edit (without opening a lot of VST windows) and less resource intensive (one VST with 2 amps instead of two VST with 1 amp)
