Big issue with 2 new Bias Rack Processors
-
Hello community,
we have a big issue with our two brand new Rack Processors.
After we plugged in a Guitar i played a while with the standard sound presets (line out to mixer & PA). Everything worked just fine but when we switched the f2-switch for the first time a high-pitch noise appeared. We tried to switch the f2-switch again, turning the amp on and off, doing a factory reset but nothing helped. Everytime we turn the amp on the f2-LED switches color and the high-pitch noise appears again, even after i updated to the latest firmware. Is there anything we doing wrong with the f2-switch? Why is this switch even there to select serial / parallel mode when the rack PROCESSOR doesn't have a speaker output?
Thanks in advance for fast help, because we don't want to ship them back. -

Hi @Felix thanks for your answer!
You have already answered my band colleague Aaron.
We have already tried all the options listed by you, but without success!
Still this "peep" tone the whole time ..Is there a way to manually make the firmware upgrade? We see this as the last chance because we tried everything else.
After that, unfortunately, only the returning of the processors is left to us. -
@andré-hammerer Please try to download the latest BIAS Amp2 on the links below. After, it will automatically upgrade the firmware version to v0.6.3.193 once you connect the device to computer via USB (or iPad via Bluetooth)

Hello everybody,
I have the same problem with my rack processor on the headphone output.
Pushing down the F2 switch stops that horrible larsen during 5 seconds, and then it comes back...
Help and tx!
