Bias FX 2 unable to hear anything in Tonecloud or download
-
Hi,
I've just bought Bias FX 2 elite and when I go into the tonecloud and try to preview a tone I just hear the amp I've got selected on the main screen. I also can't download anything as I get an known error message.
Anyone else having this problem? I've tried re-installing several times, is it an issue with my account? I've upgraded from Demo.
Thanks,

@seanalong2002
I have same problem too. -
@seanalong2002 It seems to be a general issue, a lot of people (including myself) have the same problem

Seems to be a problem for a lot of people lately.
I myself made a post about it yesterday under the exact same situation (just bought the program).
Guess we just have to hope that it gets fixed sometime soon.

Well, since people are having some success with my post, I will put it here to, I'm sure the admins won't mind since we can actually use the product now until a patch or something comes out:
Hello, I purchased the Elite for Windows 10 last night and have been trying to figure this out all day as well.. I think I may have found a work around... although it is less than ideal, I am now able to download tones by doing the following: Search for the tone you are looking for or wanting to try. Hover over the block that contains the tone that you wish to preview and click the three dots and choose detail, now VERY IMPORTANT. instead of trying to preview or downloading the preset, you have to click on the username of the person that created the tone, once you do that, then look in their list of presets for the tone you wanted... and now you can click preview or download and it should work ...It's a long way around, but I haven't had one fail to download since I started using this method.. Good Luck!
So basically,
Search for a tone
Click the three dots of the tone you wish to try and choose detail
Once on the detail screen, do not press preview or download, Instead, you must click on the username of the person that created it.
Now find the tone that you originally were looking for in their list of presets and you can either now click preview or click the three dots, choose detail and now download....
Once you do it a few times, it goes pretty quickly, hopefully they can fix it soon.
