Spark amp no sound

So I have received the amp finally after months of waiting to find that it doesn't work (3 days ago). Maybe I am missing something, however, I updated the firmware multiple times and ensured drivers were installed, conducted factory reset, switched out the input jack cable and also connected it to Bluetooth audio. No matter what I've tried I haven't been able to generate any sound. Seems the amp connects to all the devices and interacts with them fine but fails to generate any sound. I have contacted support but no response. Anyone experienced this?

@julianssheppard Well another 24 hours has past and despite help from Postive Grid & others online with code and ideas, I still have a brand new "bricked" Spark Pearl 40w.
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I have requested PG just send me a replacement amp that already has the latest firmware installed and running. So far no response. It appears that the firmware update works OK on PCs but not Macs. I am not in the postion to get access to a PC, but anyway, quite frankly I shouldn't have to.
I'm really hoping that PG can come up with a solution, as I really love this little amp and all that it can do. Sending it back for a refund is the last thing I want to do. Fingers crossed they can somehow get it solved?

@djfusion yes exactly the same. No number to call, they ignore customer service forms. This is feeing like a company that is a smash and grab operation, sold loads of kit over Black Friday, none of it works, and they disappear with your money and you’re on your own. They clearly don’t care about customers at all. I’ve never dealt with Positive Grid before, but if this is who they are…
