I have the same HUM issue. I have tried different guitars and leads. I do believe its a power supply problem. My other BOSS MKII amp doesn’t have the hum. Plugged into the same wall plug using the same leads and same guitars.

@tennisadam1 Thanks tennisadam1. I have one of those from my old laptop! I’ll give it try. But it still doesn’t alleviate the fact that PG are trying to dodge their responsibilities to their customers.

@michael-rafferty you are absolutely correct Michael

@michael-rafferty get in touch with them they'll send you out a new 3 pronged power supply

@crystalpit Hi crystalpit Yes I have been asking for a new power supply since March!!!!!! Each time I just get the same BS “ sorry to hear you are having problems” blah blah blah. “Please answer the following questions” blah blah blah
I even sent an email recently with a photo of my ASUS power supply which has solved the problem. I have explained I have tried 3 different leads, 3 different guitars. Different power outlets. IT IS THE POWER SUPPLY. As evidenced by the lack of hum when the ASUS pwr supply is used.
The result: A request for me to send a video I.E. waste my time showing them the problem that they already know about. Is my time not worth paying for! -
@michael-rafferty
The ASUS pwr supply fixed the problem thanks tennisadam1
I informed PG support that the ASUS pwr supply immediately fixed the hum issue and asked them to send me new one. They replied still asking the same pro-forma questions and a video of the problem ……. WTF!
