Need Help! Spark seems to be not working i tried to update.

hi there, i wonder if anyone has had experience this with their spark amp? basically i tried updating the spark with the new firmware. apparently i was updating for hours and i felt like it isnt even updating at all. and i had to close the updater. once i went into the updater again (followed the same steps as the tutorial) my updater app showed no serial number but has the new firmware version.
meanwhile, when i on my spark amp all the lights from tap button to preset 4 buttons are blinking. even now when i on its blinking, i tried to check to update, it just keeps saying firmware update failed. and i cant seem to update to the new firmware and make it work. so now i have a non working amp. and i tried it on different com. on my laptop and on my desktop. it doesnt solve the problem. any help out there? would be great! thanks!

@simon-lai Alot of answer to this qwestion on the board here, but worked for me is to make sure your asio driver is the newest one (probably is) if on Windows. On a windows 10 machine, change the USB port you are updating with to another port. Makes win 10 reload drivers for sparky, then rerun the updater again, mine was in same shape but trick made the updater finish in 5-10 seconds. Dirct to pc, donot use a usb hub

Hi Simon, I have the exact same problem. Tried updating the firmware. When that didnt work, I installed the ASIO USB driver as per Positive Grid installation instructions. Launched again the firmware updater. Failed again.
Now the app doesn't connect with Spark anymore. Tried factory reset, it doesn't work!! The idea of a factory reset is that the reset is fail proof!
the Tap + 1-4 channels are all blinking (unlike their factory reset where step2 only the tap was supposed to blink) and now I have a non-functionning Spark.

I am having the exact same problem with all 5 lignts flashing, and no sound from Spark after firmware update. This was recently purchased brand new and it is not working. It woud be helpful if anone can share there experience resolving this.
