Apple M1 Silicon Chip Support
-
I have a couple new Mac Mini's and a new MacBook Pro = all with the Apple M1 Chip - can you share with us what the plan for support of these Chips is, and the time line for when it will be available?
-
@van-flowers incredible that they don't even take the time to answer. I will be filing a request for a refund, I've had it. The M1 chips have been out long enough now. Spark Amp owners know what a mess Positive Grid support is - and it looks like it's not better with their software products. How come small companies managed to update their (very similar) software products in a lot less time?
The following screenshot says a lot about Positive Grid support.

I've also been waiting on a response to this myself . As more and more move over to ARM we deserve an answer as to when they will start to update their software. If at all.

I reached out to support to get an answer on this. Here it is:
Hello ********,
This is ******* from Positive Grid Support.
Our product team doesn't have a specific schedule to release the universal version of BIAS FX 2 for Apple M1.
For now, the update of BIAS FX 2 will remain on the x86-64 version.
If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.
Thank you.
