SPARK Firmware issues: Didn't work for me but might work for you (Mac users)

Mine is still a brick with all 5 LED's blinking, Support from these guys is totally rubbish. The most I have so far is to run the attached script: (macOS users) they said it should force the restart but it didn't. They then said to export the log as a text file and send it back to them. Then they come back saying to do a reset, even though I have told them multiple times the reset won't work because it is bricked.
Anyway guys I have put this on a Google drive for you guys who have macs, see if it works for you. You will need to right-click and open the file as it needs admin privileges to run. Good luck.

Also please let us know if anyone finds a solution. Multiple attempts have not worked for me.
