Big Spark Announcement! What is coming on Monday?

@stretch-little connect your app to your amp and double check the versions installed (app and firmware). you can access that info through the main menu of the app.
Try also uninstall the app and install it again -
@craig-0 you probably don't have the latest version of the firmware updater tools. download the .exe (PC) or the .zip (MAC) on PG website again
-
If you loose output sound after the firmware update, try to do the whole process again and don't forget at the end to click on the "Eject" button and unplug your usb cable.

I've upgraded the firmware on windows, no drama, uninstalled and re-installed the App on my android, but I can only see the same 24 amps I've seen since purchase (2 months ago). None of the new stuff? I've logged out and in.....Have I missed something?FIGURED IT OUT!!! Double click on any amp once your connected, and it then shows all avaliable amps. Same for pedals. THAT is where they were all hiding. I never knew about the tapping of the AMP to open the list of amps!!!!!!
And, loving it. although, once again I'm pissing around with sounds instead of actually practicing hahahaha. -
Hi, I upgraded to the new firmware but unfortunately the audio when playing via USB is now missing a lot of bass / low tones. Connecting via Bluetooth is fine. Is this a known issue ? I want to connect via USB cable to prevent having delay while editing audio for example ...

I went through the update process and now my amp has shit itself. I get the error, firmware update failed, I now have 5 LED's flashing, can't do a factory reset, can't connect with an app, off and on again flashing lights remain, no Serial number shows in the updater and any attempt to re-update fails. Please help!!!
