@coloxim I think the reason nobody has answered is that (speaking for myself) I'm not sure what you're actually asking? Or what you really want to do. What are you trying to use to record your video? A video camera, a smartphone, a tablet? I think you may be making it more complicated than it needs to be. Set up whatever you want to use as your camera, plug in your guitar, set up your metronome, and record yourself doing whatever it is you want to demonstrate in the video.
You also don't say what platform you're on, Windows or Mac. That makes a big difference.
If you're hoping to do it in a more complicated professional video recording sort of way where you record the video and audio into separate files for further editing, then you need special video editing software which will allow you to sync up an audio file with the video. And you shouldn't use spark like a sound card, in my opinion.
So perhaps you can outline what you've tried to do so far that isn't working for you and then perhaps people will chime in with specific suggestions.
In the meantime you might consider joining the Spark Amp Users Group on Facebook and asking the question there as well.

@dhbailey thanks for reply!
Ok, i want use my webcam in my PC and register with spark as sound card.
My platform is window.
I think the solution is use 2 differents file(video e audio) and then put them together...
I tried to looking for some free program, to add the files and sync. I don't find nothing useful.
To record audio I'm using studio one and to record video I'm using windows camera.
Can you help me to find a not complicated software to merge them in sync, please ?

@coloxim I hope someone can offer advice on what program you can use to do what you want. You might do a web-search for "video editor free" and see what shows up. I don't work with video so I don't know of any such programs. Good luck!
