High amount of static

First I will say that Positive grid has made it VERY hard to contact them for one on one support but make it easy to order their products, they need a change or loose some customers.
On to the problem I am heaving that my relate to some of you others.
When I am practicing (I play pro) on the Spark amp, if I choose, lets say Blues Ark that has a bit of a grit or high gain to it I get instant humming in my guitar I mean loud, it will go away when I touch the strings or other metal areas of the guitar just like a grounding issue. Yes I did try other guitars if fact I tried 6 (six) of different models and all did the same, very loud hum as in ground issue. At one point the guitars went dead, no sound at all, only solution to this was turn off the amp and turn it back on and all will be fine, but the loud hum continues. Not all the amp channels do this just some in the ALL type amp selection area.
One qestion is has there been reports of the power pack failing were it emits static or grounding issue in the line causing this hum. The guys I work with seem to think this is the issue.
Would love to hear from a Positive Grid Tec on this.

@ccso5651 man I hear you about this company theyre customer service is the worse I've dealt with. Response times are slow, they act dumb if like they've never addressed this issue until you send them a video. And what gets me is I can't believe how many good reviews this amp/company has this amp has just been a nightmare. I've sent my amp twice for repair 1st time 2 hours within use second time lasted two weeks and both times for the same issue a loud hum with no input from guitar alot of users have this problem. Even my buddy who recommended this amp has had this happen also. And when you send it out for repair they say "they're techs are going to fix the issue" but all they do is just replace your amp with another amp that will just break it's ridiculous.

It's likewise worth looking at that as an electrostatic zap is simply electrons releasing themselves. On the off chance that you much of the time release the unevenness by connecting with a metal item, subsequently halting a development of charged electrons, then, at that point the stun is probably going to be less serious. In the event that it's truly downright awful, could consider getting your home a humidifier that will daintily siphon the air loaded with water fume.
