Bluetooth pops/crackles cuts out

I received my spark a few weeks ago and found as soon as I tried it out that the Bluetooth is useless for playback of backing tracks etc. Which is the main reason for purchasing this amp. I've followed all the steps to correct in the troubleshooting section and still the issue persists. I've sent multiple emails to support along with video of the issue and no response other than an automated email of how would I rate the support I received. Has anyone else received an amp that doesn't work? Are we just stuck with it or does support ever reply?

I’ve got the same problem...tried all kinds of stuff without any help.
