New computer/ Lost quick snap settings
-
So I just got myself a brand new high powered computer. I'd been using Bias FX2 on my old computer and had come up 8 real nice presets in the Quick Snap section as well as profile all my guitars in the Guitar Match section.
I've now download the software to my new computer, logged into the software like I should but all my saved presets are missing. Am I missing something?I'm also having trouble with setting up the audio setting in the Standalone version. If I choose from "Windows Audio" "Direct Sound" or "ASIO" all the the boxes close up and don't allow me to make any selections.

You need to save your presets from your old computer to Tonecloud and then load them from Tonecloud onto your new computer.

What are you using for an audio interface? Does that device have drivers installed on your new computer?

I think I've gotten the presets sorted out.
I'm using a Scarlett Solo. Always worked great. Continuing to investigate that further.
Too many hours in front of this new computer today has my brain all mushylike
