Returns and Refund

After reading several posts on this forum I am not feeling very positive (pun intended) about my refund request. I tried to cancel the purchase the same day I made it (long before it was shipped) but never received a response. I received the amp today and immediately started the return process. I hope I am wrong and someone will contact me. Just a small suggestion, how about real customer service with a real person at the end of a telephone? I was thinking of purchasing a Bias Mini Guitar Amp but the input on this forum and my own experience is not giving me much confidence in Positive Grid. How do they send out a product with a faulty power supply?
