UPS instead of Fedex
-
I just got my ship notice (ordered April 18, July 1 in transit, July 15 shipped).
But mine came with a UPS tracking number where as all I have seen from others is Fedex.
No delivery date yet, but we will see. -
@brumfieldb Same here, in Washington State USA
-
@brumfieldb Same for South Florida
-
@brumfieldb Let's hope that UPS can do a better job of accurate tracking and accurate delivery dates than it appears FedEx have done.

Here in Italy I received it from GLS, since the moment the parcel was phisically delivered to them (in Germany) to the moment I received it in my hands it's been about 36 hours. :-)
I sure wish you UPS gives you the same treatment I got from GLS. -
I just got my tracking number from UPS aswell with a expected delivery date on 7/21/2020. Order 188*** last chance special ordered on 4/19/2020 to Pennsylvania, USA.

Last chance special ordered 4/21/20 to Pennsylvania also. Order 189###. Update today that order has moved from ‘In Transit’ to ‘Local Distribution’. Hope my order catches up with yours!

Ordered in early March #155XXX still pending with FedEx for two weeks now. CEO is now saying maybe end of July or mid August....hmm heard this before, mid May, mid June, mid July...I wonder if mid September/October is next...just speculating. Was considering Bias FX but no, I think I'm done here...Line6 looking much better

@stinger0625
Mine now is in the custody of UPS with an expected delivery 7/21. 😁Very excited. Just a couple little days away. This is actually earlier than I expected when I ordered back in April. Hopefully they are,finally,getting their act,together and everyone who ordered will have theirs soon and all new orders will get theirs in a reasonable amount of time.
Who knows, they may even stop this pre-order nonsense and send some to stores. -
Just received my Spark today, July 17.
Ordered May 1, 2020 # 199XXX.
In Transit Jul 1, 2020
Shipped July 15, 2020
Delivered, July 17, 2020 to San Diego County.My order was shipped via UPS instead of Fedex. The Spark actually shipped on July 16th, from Baldwin Park, CA. When I placed my order on May 1st, the estimated delivery was June-July 2020, with a caveat that shipping could be delayed due to Covid.

@dhbailey Its not Fedex its that PG is not calling fedex to pickup or PG is not delivering to Fedex . I don't think its there I could be wrong but the CEO of PG said they sent tracking ahead of time. Doesn't make it right
I wrote this to support no answer Got the tracking number on July 1 , 2020 I t said that it in the city of industry California 40 miles from me in palmdale. I called fedex and they said you need to bring it or have fedex pickup . fedex said it has nothing to do with corona virus . It you !!!!!! You have to have them pick it up or take it to them . You created a label and its not there according to you ceo whats going on ?

There is no first-come-first serve. Not even close. Orders with FedEx labels not in the hands of FedEx and tracking that doesn't track is something I've never seen before.

It means the label is sitting on someone's desk at PG and can sit there for weeks.
