Deliver date for spark amp?

I am really interested in getting one,so my question is how long is the waiting list/time to receive one?

@callumandjayden I can't believe you wrote this post 8 hours ago and no one has answered you??? That in itself is very suspicious re this while delay debacle!. Callum, customers who placed their orders four months ago haven't got their amps yet. Have a read of the posts in this forum about it if you are still at all interested. You were very wise to ask this question here rather than just buying it...like I did.

Thankyou for taking the time to get back to me,yes I have see few issues regarding to deliver date and the non existenting customer care from positive grid? Wow what's going on,are they going under? I am definitely backing out and I will look for good quality PC speaker for the bias app instead now.
Why don't you get a refund?

I bought one a couple of weeks ago. I dont know a delivery date,dont know how to find out when itscoming.

There is no realistic time frame for you to receive a Spark amp. To date, and PG is still very aggressively marketing this product, there have been way over 20,000 orders placed for this amp. Those first ordering, approximately 1000, were to receive their amps in December. They were just delivered this month. Nobody ordering amps after Oct 30, 2019 have received their amp and the date keeps getting pushed further and further away. Based on a production rate of 1,000 amps every 3 or 4 months, you can expect delivery probably sometime in 2023.

And there's the issue -the one-off responses! I am also a Power Supporter but have not been offered anything for the wrong information, inconvenience and lack of engagement. To be transparent, I have not asked for anything other than in emails, requesting direct, honest and intentional conversation from PG on behalf of the Spark community. I have sent numerous emails with simple advice requesting that PG take simple steps that would go along ways in alleviate the growing frustration of the community. I chose not to be a squeaky wheel but take the role of providing an unsolicited customer perspective to PG in hopes that they might better engage the Spark community. No luck, no amp. no new software. Only silence...and frustration. Not good at all.
